Structure Feb 2018 copy

We have an experienced team of teaching and non-teaching staff who work hard to provide creative learning opportunities and sustain a positive learning environment. All employees and volunteers of this organisation go through rigorous safeguarding checks to ensure suitability to their posts.

Our staff  team have to undertake mandatory training in Safeguarding, Basic First Aid and Behaviour Management, which is updated and refreshed annually.  All of our team believe in the Mission, Values and Ethos of Kinetic Academy and are proud to work with young people.
